Choice - MCG gives its staff considerable choice over the projects they undertake. We encourage them to pursue areas of interest and do not assign them to a project against their wishes. This flexibility allows staff to acquire skills according to their abilities and aspirations, and to develop in specialist areas. We have a comprehensive framework to support career progression, including excellent training and coaching, and a regular appraisal system.

Participation - Our small-group focus means that all team members are involved in decisions and feel that their individual contribution is recognized. Less experienced staff receives the support and supervision they require, and are quickly given responsibility. More experienced team members see their initiative rewarded and are able to make very real contributions in developing client relationships, opening up new areas of business, steering the company’s financial direction and guiding the professional development of team members.
